Helping other players and requesting help from other players, seems to be the most underestimated strategy to grow. After filling trains, filling airplanes should have the highest priority of all specific activities. When waiting for a plane, the Airport already shows which Goods you need for the next airplane, so you can prepare for it. Just remember to always fully load your airplanes to get maximum rewards. And planes also deliver construction materials and other items. This period would be the best time to use the Vibrant Market booster, although that is not necessary. This will double the Coins you get from Helicopter orders for 2 days. The quickest way to get more Coins, is to use the Generous Customer booster in the Laboratory. Building upgrades could help to solve this. Besides the limited supply of construction materials, another bottleneck you might run into is running out of Coins for purchasing buildings and Goods. Keep in mind, however, that the materials delivered by trains will be of random types. It is a lot cheaper to get construction materials by trains this way, than to buy them in any other way. Because of the vital importance of construction materials, it may sometimes be recommended to spend Tcash to make trains return instantly. Trains have the highest priority for growth, so focus on getting train orders filled. Trains are the primary source for construction materials. Growth is mainly limited by the construction materials, which are required to construct buildings, upgrade your Barn, and expand your available town area. Trains, planes, and other players, provide the most important repeatable elements for growth. When you already have a good stock of each Ore, the Dealer assists you with filling trains and airplanes of yourself and other players. (It is not generally recommended to trade Ingots for Tcash) Starting at level 53, you can use the Dealer to buy Jewelry, to easily convert some Coins into Tcash through Helicopter orders when they appear. Upgrades also provide other bonusses like extra Coins value of Goods and more Shelf space in Factories. Convert the Ore into Ingots to permanently upgrade your trains and factories, primarily to make them faster. The first thing you want to buy with the Dealer is Ore. To see the Dealer's maximum amount of all Goods, there's a list on this page: (click on Expand if needed) If you repeat the previous order you bought from the Dealer, it will have the same amount and price as last time. To get the maximum amount of the desired type of Goods, keep switching between two different Goods until the maximum amount is offered. There will always be a 20% discount after the Dealer expires, so you can trigger this discount by hiring him for 1 day (for 12 Tcash). The Dealer in the City Market provides you access to several Goods of one specific type, every hour! There is a frequent 20% discount offer for the Dealer, allowing you to hire him for 72 Tcash for 10 days. After you got a fair amount of City Market boxes, you can start to hire the Dealer. Remember, more Goods means faster growth! Those extra goods are very convenient for filling your trains and planes and helping other players. City Market boxes provide access to extra goods every 6 hours, forever. Prices of boxes are capped at 20 Tcash each. Most of your Tcash should be invested in buying boxes in the City Market. Spend Tcash to buy production slots for factories (if you are an active player, you only need 3 or 4 slots). Tcash is used to buy permanent upgrades to your town! The next most important occupation is to focus on getting Tcash. Requesting help in Township is good for everyone! And use the Request Products button in the chat of your co-op. Use "Ask For Help" whenever you can, 3 for airplanes and 1 for each train! This also helps other players, who get rewarded when they fill your orders. You want to buy all Goods from the market every 6 hours (except for some field Crops if you don't have enough room in your Barn). This requires a fair amount of time, but it will make you grow much faster than anyone else. Keep all Farms and Factories producing Goods, reducing idle time to a minimum. The most important activity is to get as many Goods (and similar items) as you can. Build Farms and Factories, and use other assets, to increase your production and thereby speed up your growth even more. Gain levels and population to unlock new options. The main goal is to grow your town as fast as possible, while participating in (and usually winning) all events. Without spending any real life money, your new town will be level 50 within a month, if you are active and keep your productivity up! I've been playing Township for a month and i learned a bunch of tips and tricks that i would love to share.
